Our Website is hosted on Shopify Inc. ("Shopify"). They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

The information we collect directly from you on or through our Website may include:

(a) information that you provide by filling in forms on our Website. This includes information provided at the time of ordering products and posting material. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with our Website;

(b) records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us;
 
(c) details of transactions you carry out through our Website and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through our Website; and
 
(d) your search queries on the Website.

For example, we may aggregate Personal Information to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Website feature;

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When you make a purchase, any credit card information you provide as part of your payment information is collected and processed directly by our payment processor Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") through their Stripe Checkout service ("Payment Information "). We at no time receive or store your full credit card information. Stripe commits to complying with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and using industry standard security. As described above, we may use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe could be of interest to you. The Shopify e-commerce platform that we use is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, meeting all six categories of PCI standards. Any payment transactions is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Website like message boards, which any Website visitor can view.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

SECTION 6: DATA RETENTION

 Except as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law or regulation, we will only retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Under some circumstances we may anonymize your Personal Information so that it can no longer be associated with you. When you place an order through the Website, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

We may request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and your right to access, and to provide you with the Personal Information that we hold about you or make your requested changes. Applicable law may allow or require us to refuse to provide you with access to some or all of the Personal Information that we hold about you, or we may have destroyed, erased, or made your Personal Information anonymous in accordance with our record retention obligations and practices. If we cannot provide you with access to your Personal Information, we will inform you of the reasons why, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Website, including User Contributions, is governed by our Website’s Terms of Use.

Where you have provided your consent to the collection, use, and transfer of your Personal Information, you may have the legal right to withdraw your consent under certain circumstances.
